Questions

WEDDING STATIONERY

  • If you love what you see and are keen to go ahead, the best way to place your order is to submit an enquiry form on my website.

  • Once you submit your enquiry, I offer a phone call to run through your ideas. Following this, I send across a quote. If you'd like to go ahead, I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin design work. After receiving this, I will book in time to work on your design and keep you informed throughout the process. Before sending the design to print, the remaining balance is due at least one month before the date the stationery is needed, factoring in print and delivery times.

  • Yes, I can send out samples of previous designs. These cost £10 per sample pack including postage fees.

  • I will send you a digital mock-up of your order via email. Unfortunately, I am unable to send off for a single copy beforehand due to the high cost of print runs. It is your responsibility to proof-read the artwork to check names and spellings and approve it before I send it to print.

  • It's never too early! I generally take bookings for invitations and save the dates at least a year in advance and 3-6 months before your wedding date for on the day stationery.

PAYMENT

  • As I work on bespoke design and illustration, each project is unique and will vary depending on the elements included. It's important to note that custom illustrations take time, so they are priced higher than what you would expect from off-the-shelf designs.

  • Yes! In order to book the project, I kindly ask you to pay a 50% deposit. After this, I will be happy to discuss splitting the project into instalments if that would be best for you.

GENERAL

  • This really depends on what is included in your project and whether you are after something small, like an illustration, or if you need a larger project, like branding. Generally, the time frame can vary between 4 and 12 weeks. If you have any deadlines, I will do my best to meet them.

  • I'm generally booked for at least 2-3 months, but please do get in touch to check last-minute availability.

Trix Creative, what can I say? If I could give you 100 stars I would.

You have been seamless throughout our conversations and all your comms.. couldn’t fault anything.

We loved all your beautiful designs, you listened and you delivered - I honestly don’t know what I’ve would have done without you!

When we first engaged with you, I was overwhelmed with all the other options out there from templates to Etsy etc etc.. but honestly so so glad we partnered with you. It saved us time, money , effort and worry- honestly we didn’t need to worry about anything when it came to all the wedding stationary, we knew it was being taken care of.

I’d recommend you to any couple looking for wedding stationary, or any business looking for collateral.
