FAQs

Wedding Stationery

+ I love your work! How can we place our wedding stationery order?

If you love what you see and are keen to go ahead, the best way to place your order is to submit an enquiry form on my website here or to send me an email.

+ What's the process?

After your enquiry, I generally offer a phone call to run through your ideas. Following this, I send across a quote. If you'd like to go ahead, I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin design work. After receiving this, I will book in time to work on your design and keep you informed throughout the process. Before sending the design to print, I require the remaining balance, which is due at least one month before the date the stationery is needed, factoring in print and delivery times.

+ Can you send out samples?

Yes, I can send out samples of previous designs. These cost £10 per sample pack including postage fees. If you are interested please get in touch here.

+ Do you send out a print sample before printing the whole order?

I will send you a digital mock-up of your order via email. I will send it to print once you have approved it. Unfortunately, I am unable to send off for a single copy beforehand due to the high cost of print runs. It is your responsibility to proof-read the artwork to check names and spellings and approve it before I send it to print.

+ When should I get in touch?

It's never too early! I generally take bookings for invitations and save the dates a year in advance and 3-6 months before your wedding date for on the day stationery.

Payment

+ How much will my project cost?

As I work on bespoke design and illustration, each project is unique and will vary depending on the elements included. It's important to note that custom illustrations take time, so they are priced higher than what you would expect from off-the-shelf designs.

+ Do you have a payment plan?

Yes! In order to book the project, I kindly ask you to pay a 50% deposit. After this, I will be happy to discuss splitting the project into instalments if that would be best for you.

General

+ How long does design take?

This really depends on what is included in your project and whether you are after something small, like an illustration, or if you need a larger project, like branding. Generally, the time frame can vary between 4 and 12 weeks. If you have any deadlines, I will do my best to meet them.

+ How far in advance do you book?

I'm generally booked for at least 2-3 months, but please do get in touch to check last-minute availability.

+ What's the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact me is via email or the enquiry page.
