What’s on offer

Save the dates - Preliminary cards sent out well in advance of the event to inform guests of the date so they can mark their calendars.

Invitations - The main card detailing the essential information, including your date, time, location and any accommodation/travel details.

Details cards - Supplementary cards that can provide additional logistical information, such as accommodation, transportation, dress code, or gift wishes.

Illustrated map inserts - Custom-designed location illustrations showing guests how to get to the event venue(s) or highlighting nearby points of interest.

Envelopes - The outer packaging used to contain and post the entire stationery suite to the invited guests.

Venue Illustration - A custom, hand-drawn or digitally created drawing of the event location to be featured on one or more pieces of the stationery.

Investment

Prices vary for on the day stationery, and it really does depend on the design and quantities you choose. Large A1 boards start from £140, for example, while place names start from £2.50 per person. THE PROCESS

  • Your journey begins here! You book in for an enquiry call where we run through your initial ideas, the items you're interested in, and approximate quantities. This consultation helps to understand your vision, style, and wedding theme in detail. Following this, you will receive a comprehensive, tailored quote outlining all costs and material options for your bespoke suite.

  • Once you are happy with your tailored quote, secure your place in my diary with a 50% deposit. I will then provide you with a detailed project timeline and contract outlining key dates for design drafts, sign-offs, and final delivery, ensuring a stress-free experience leading up to your wedding date.

  • This is where the magic begins! I require all finalised text information (names, dates, venue details, etc.) and any reference images or mood boards you may have. I then move into the design phase, creating your first set of proofs based on our consultation and your vision.

  • You will be presented with the initial designs for your review. I work closely with you through revisions (e.g. information/order of the day changes) until every detail is perfect. Once you are completely satisfied with the layout, fonts, colours and text, I provide your final sign-off to confirm the designs are ready for production.

  • With your final design approval, the remaining 50% balance of your invoice is due. Immediately upon receipt, your stationery suite is sent to print with our trusted production partners. This stage involves meticulous quality checks to ensure every piece meets our high standards.

  • The moment you've been waiting for! Your beautiful, finished stationery is carefully packaged and posted to you via special delivery. You will receive tracking information so you can anticipate the arrival of your cherished, bespoke suite, ready to post to your guests.
